Abhijit Sengupta, CEO of OAP Mediatech, joins OAC panel to address a crucial question

Abhijit Sengupta, CEO of OAP Mediatech, joins the line-up of panelists for a high-voltage discussion on the theme ‘OOH Media is not a commodity: So, who is commoditizing it?’ at the upcoming Out of Home Advertising Convention (OAC) 2025 to be held on July 18 & 19, at The Westin Powai, Mumbai. 

An OOH veteran, Abhijit Sengupta’s 35-year journey in Out-of-Home media began, as he shares, on the bustling sales floors of Selvel One Group, where he gained a front-row view into the complexities and nuances of the outdoor advertising world. His deep-rooted expertise took shape further through impactful stints with advertising giants Ogilvy and Mudra, setting the stage for his future ventures.

Having co-founded MOMS at Madison, Abhijit  channelised his entrepreneurial spirit towards pushing boundaries in a largely traditional industry. In  2002 he launched  OAP Mediatech Pvt. Ltd., founded on the pillars of accountability, transparency, technology, and research. What started as a bold experiment has today evolved into India’s largest independent OOH agency, commanding a turnover of ₹400 crore and setting new benchmarks for planning, strategy, and execution. 

At the OAC panel discussion, Abhijit will draw from his long experience and insights to address some crucial questions related to the future of the OOH medium.
