UP Talks OOH:'Creating a successful partnership with outdoor media in Lucknow'

The state of the OOH industry in any state is a reflection of how well the authorities and the industry support each other. Vishal Bhardwaj, P.C.S, Additional Muncipal Commissioner - Lucknow, will throw more light on this at the UP Talks OOH event organized by VJ Media Works on November 15th in Lucknow.

The OOH industry in different states faces different issues, but some of the fundamental issues remain the same across and they have more often to do with regulation. While the industry for its part bears the brunt of unclear regulation leading to clutter and ad hoc removal of sites, the authority for its part has to continuously deal with non compliant industry players. Obviously a good working relationship based on mutual understanding between the two is crucial, which will not only help the industry grow, but also enhance the city's aesthetics and public utilities. Sharing more insights on this is Vishal Bhardwaj, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Lucknow, who will speak on'Creating a successful partnership with outdoor media in Lucknow' at the UP Talks OOH event organized by VJ Media Works on November 15th in Lucknow. The event, part of  Part of the Talks OOH platform that takes a region specific approach to the OOH industry, will see meaningful discussions between various industry stakeholders in the state and look at the way forward for the OOH industry of UP.  

During the last 15 years of his tenure, Vishal Bhardwaj has handled various important positions such as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Sub- Divisional Magistrate in district Sitapur and Assistant Land Reforms Commissioner when he was promoted to Deputy Land Reforms Commissioner Board of Revenue, UP, Lucknow. Currently he is supervising several departments such as general administration, health, education, sanitation and engineering.
