JCDecaux Chief Data Officer Francois-Xavier Pierrel to keynote science of OOH at WOO MENA Forum

JCDecaux Chief Data Officer François-Xavier Pierrel will deliver the Keynote Address on day 2 of the World Out of Organization (WOO) in-person MENA Forum which will be held in Dubai from February 15-17, 2023. Day 2 of the Forum will major on the Science of Out of Home including the use of Data, Audience Measurement and making the most of OOH’s Programmatic opportunity.

At JCDecaux Pierrel supervises the Data Division's large team of data scientists, analysts and engineers. The Data Division was formed in 2018 and reports directly to the JC Decaux Executive Board. 

Pierrel began his career in the telecoms industry in 2000, working in the sales departments at 3com, Panasonic and Chicony where he contributed to their digital transitions.

He joined Microsoft in 2011 as Head of Adtech solutions for France and Benelux. In 2013 he joined Facebook as Head of Marketing Science for Southern Europe, before taking over as Global Director Data, CRM & Social for Renault in 2017.

The World Out of Home Organization's first in-person MENA Forum will include a full programme of presentations and speakers from the region and the wider global Out of Home industry. This will be announced in the coming weeks.
