Hubbali Div of SW Railway invites bids for ad rights at 4 stations

Pre-Bid Meeting via video conference on Jan 28 at 12PM

The Hubballi Division of South Western Railway has floated a tender inviting bids for advertising rights at the following railway stations, through the IREPS website:

  1. Hubballi railway station (including second entry point, third entry point)
  2. Belagavi railway station.
  3. Dharwad railway station
  4. Hosapete railway station.

The tender will be opened at 12PM on February 18, 2022.

To highlight the media investment opportunities and to address queries pertaining to the tender provisions, the Hubballi Division is organising a Pre-Bid Meeting of prospective media investors through a video conference. The Pre-Bid video conference (Hosted by Wireless/UBL https://railnet.webex.com/railnet/j.php?MTID=mb96621f9683a7e566b3a4fd0492446ee) is scheduled on January 28 at 12PM. The Hubbali Division is striving to highlight the compelling advertising opportunities at the station in the Hubbali city that has emerged as one of the commercial hubs of Karnataka. Hubbali city has a wide cluster of industries and has more than a lakh small and medium industries. The Government of India has set up a Software Technology Park of India on Pune–Bangalore Road and Aryabhata Tech Park in Navanagar region of Hubli. At the Hubballi station, the work for extending a platform was undertaken by the Railways. According to railway officials, the length of the renewed platform is estimated at 1,400 meters, which would be longest in the world. 

The cities of Belagavi, Dharwad and Hosapeta are also thriving industrial and agrarian hubs with a growing population that offer significant audiences to advertising brands.
