CupShup brews more business offerings, dons new brand identity

Re-positions business as a full-fledged marketing agency

CupShup, known for its cup branding offering to advertisers, is being re-positioned as a full-fledged marketing agency. The agency took professional social media platform to announce the revamp. The agency has adorned a new look with a fresh logo and an interesting tagline i.e. ‘Let’s Brew Innovations’.

Calling it a part of a long mapped plan for this year, in an exclusive conversation with Media4Growth, Sanil Jain, Founder of CupShup shared, “We have been primarily known for cup branding but we have been offering other services to our clients, such as, corporate activations, outdoor media buying and creative services. Hence the idea is to bring forth other offerings and come out as a complete media agency. Earlier our tagline said ‘Your brand in customers hand’ which primarily spoke about one part of our business but now we call it ‘Let’s Brew Innovations’ which includes all the services provided by us”.

Talking about different services, Sanil said the revenue ratio is 40:40:20 coming from cup branding, activation and other services, respectively. “Hence it is imperative or us to talk about all our strengths, and not just one”.

In the current circumstances, the company has taken a 90% hit on its revenues, more so as its target locations for branding like corporate parks are not open. Also, the company’s clients like Dunzo were not functioning when the lockdown got enforced.

Some of its revenues are coming from digital marketing. “We are just waiting for the situation to come under control so that we can resume our work.”
