Bandra station up in tender to give away advertising rights

The tender was published by Mumbai Central division of Western Railway and permits advertisements on static advertisement boards and glowsigns. The rights will be provided for a period of 5 years with yearly 10% escalation after the completion of 3 years.

 The tender calls for 185 display boards, summing up to 4440 sq. ft. of advertising area, and 72 glowsigns, offering a total advertising area of 908 sq. ft. The EMD amount is Rs. 8,34,500/- and the total value of advertising rights, without the applicable taxes and cost of each unit is, Rs. 78,48,320/-.

 The last date to submit the bid on this open tender is 06.01.2020.
