Ahmedabad unit of Western Rlys launches ad tenders in bulk

Western Railway’s Ahmedabad division, also reeling under the brunt of lockdown and the consequent revenue loss, has launched six tenders to allow advertising rights at different stations of their jurisdiction.

The ffirst tender offers bulk aadvertisement contract for display of hoardings at Gandhinagar Railway Station and LC-13 Uvershed Railway Crossing of Ahmedabad Division covering a total area of 1200 Sq Ft for a period of 5 years. This is a single packet system tender having an advertising value of Rs. 276100.00.

The division is offering another tender for Gandhinagar Railway Station giving bulk advertisement contract for display of hoardings at Gandhidham Station Circulating Area, Gandhidham Railway Colony, LC3X Gandhidham, Bhachau Railway Station circulating area, SIOB Station circulating area and GIM Goods shed area of Ahmedabad Division covering a total area of 8150 Sq Ft for a period of 5 years. The advertised value of the tender is Rs. 1153790.00 wherein the earnest money is Rs. 122600.00.

The next tender provides bulk advertisement contract for display of hoardings at LC-20 Vavolgam Railway Crossing of Gandhinagar area at Ahmedabad Division covering a total area of 2200 Sq Ft for a period of 5 years.  Another one is for bulk advertisement contract for display of hoardings at LC-11 Kolvada Railway Crossing of Gandhinagar area of Ahmedabad Division covering a total area of 3200 Sq Ft for a period of five years.

And the last tender provides bulk advertisement contract for display of hoardings at Palanpur Railway Station circulating area of Ahmedabad Division covering a total area of 1300 Sq Ft for a period of five years.

All tenders are designed under single packet system with different advertised amount and earnest money. The closing date for all tenders is February 26, 2021.
