The Times Group has launched its ‘Times Property Expo’ at the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport in Indore to facilitate for real estate majors the opportunity to connect with high income frequent flyers who could be looking for high-end residential property. This first-of-its-kind expo, conducted under the stewardship of Times OOH that holds exclusive ad rights at the airport, is targeted at SEC A+ & A audiences who are affluent buyers and consider shopping as part of the travel experience.

A Times OOH release informs that real estate brands and projects like Omaxe, Medicaps Business Park, Shikharji Dreams, Grand Virasat, Shyam Vihar, Business Park & One Street are participating in the Expo. The airport handles some 70 flights a day with six airlines connecting the city with some 19 destinations.

On this on-ground activity,  Rupa Biswas, Managing Director, DBR Pvt Ltd has been quoted saying: “The Times Property Expo has given customers many options to book property. Visitors to this expo have loved the successful work of reputed and trusted DBR Group over the years and have booked flats at Shikharji Dreams Township, Bypass. The expo boosts the real estate sector, and there is also a golden opportunity to bring out the best projects among the people.”

Radheshyam Gupta, Director, Sarthak Singapore Group. & Ashwin Mehta, M.D, Sarthak Singapore Group, said: “Sarthak Singapore is a reputed and trusted group in the real estate sector. With the successful completion of more than 50 projects in the last 20 years, the Group has won the trust of 30,000 families. Hundreds of people have reposed their faith in us even during the 'Times Property Expo'. People had many options to view and book property at the expo, which was quite successful”.

“India's real estate has returned to normalcy quicker than many would have thought. The huge working-class population with altered preferences for homes after the pandemic has generated huge demand in residential and commercial segments. Large townships, especially in smaller cities, high streets, plots, and low-floor housing are some of the categories that have emerged as winners. Going forward, the real estate sector is bound for a higher growth trajectory that will have a huge multiplier effect on India's economy and help generate employment for India's youth,” stated Vineet Sharma, President, Omaxe Ltd

“The only bad time to buy property is ‘Later’. Buy now and see your good time with Times Property Expo 2022,” added M.D. Pawar, Director, Goodwill Buildcon

“It is always a great feeling to experiment with new concepts and ideas and we are glad that we worked on this project and brought an event like an expo to a wider and bigger platform. Additionally, Indian airports are witnessing great footfall once again which gives a valid reason for brands to come back to airport advertising,” observed Sumit Chadha, VP - Airport Sales, Times OOH.
