Rajarhat Central draws attention with OOH campaign

Mounthill Realty launched an extensive OOH campaign for their latest retail project at Rajarhat. The major advertising planning went to outdoor for creating a buzz about the new retail destination.

Mounthill Realty recently rolled out a strategic out-of-home campaign for Rajarhat Central, one of their biggest retail project. While Kolkata is constantly growing, the vicinity of Rajarhat and Salt Lake is witnessing increased development in terms of new retail destinations. The outdoor campaign for the project has been executed by Balaji Ads for Mounthill Realty.

Abhishek Kejriwal, Director of Balaji Ads shares with us, "The project has been launched in the heart of Rajarhat town where many other new real estate projects are coming up. Thus for this particular project, we took around 40 hoarding sites at premium landmarks like, Bangur-Jessore Road crossing, Ultadanga, City Centre area, Girish Park, Lake Town-Jaya Cinema crossing, New Town Unitech Junction and such. We also covered the whole area with road signage with directions to the mall and the complete branding of the site for the launch. As the major budget and extensive planning went to outdoor within the first ten days, most of the booking took place instantly and the client is very happy on this phenomenal response. Also to capture the target audience, we did branding on the Big Bazaar cash trays and facade branding on the VIP Big Bazaar Outlet.”
