Genuine Broaster Chicken opens at Bandra, Mumbai

After a successful launch in Versova, the American brand Genuine Broaster Chicken forays into Bandra, Mumbai. Adhering to their brand motto of being a go-to American neighbourhood cafe, GBC retail outlet has retained most of its character elements in their décor like baseball helmet lamps, glass mosaic walls, funny chicken comics and hidden sack lighting.
 
Commenting on the expansion, company’s Founder and CEO Karan Tanna said, “Broaster Chicken has been an integral part of America’s food heritage for the past 60 years. After the success of the Versova outlet, we are looking at expanding in Mumbai. With Genuine Broaster Chicken in Bandra, we are excited to launch an all new exciting menu which lives up to its philosophy – American Soul, Indian Heart.”
 
Genuine Broaster Chicken in India is managed by Yellow Tie Hospitality and the brand is on track to open 40 outlets by end of year 2017, across India and is also in the process of locking India Rights of several other International brands. With 10 functional outlets at present, and 15 in the pipeline, Genuine Broaster Chicken will now be opening in cities like Pune, Bangalore, Lucknow and so on.

With the Bandra store, GBC flaunts in a bolder way, its American origins by brass cut stars studded in the flooring and caricatures of symbolic American personalities like Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump and Michael Jackson hand drawn on the tables. The furniture also gets quirkier with customised American flag printed fabric chairs and furniture which is hand painted with vintage American art.

By the year 2017, the company aims to have 10 leading F&B brands in its portfolio. Yellow Tie Hospitality is the joint venture of restaurateur and entrepreneur Karan Tanna. With aggressive franchise growth plans, Yellow Tie Hospitality is aiming to register strong growth in India's fast growing F&B Industry.
