Bombay Brasserie has 5 locations across India, and plans to open up 3 more locations in the next few months in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune through different franchisees.

Bombay Brasserie, owned by K Hospitality Corp - a hospitality and food services corporation, recently unveiled its first restaurant at the upmarket neighbourhood of Indiranagar in Bangalore. Bombay Brasserie has 5 locations across India, and plans to open up 3 more locations in the next few months in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune through different franchisees.

Taking on modern and fresh design language, and done in their signature blue shade, the interiors of Bombay Brasserie reflect a joyful space where friends and family gather over good conversation and great food.

Exposed ceilings, vast glass expanses and the white marble bar create a contemporary vibe, and are the perfect canvas for the vivid mosaic floors and scattered, singular objects that pepper the space. Signature graphics across the restaurant hint at the gastronomic journey in store.

Speaking on the cuisine, Mrs Shikha Nath, Brand Director, Bombay Brasserie, of K Hospitality Corp says, “Bombay Brasserie focuses on flavours that have never been tried before, twisting traditional recipes to suit today’s tastes. After much research and trial, the menu showcases recipes from across India that are completely unique. Your culinary journey begins here, at Bombay Brasserie.”

Bengaluru’s 1st Bombay Brasserie is franchised to MRS Hospitality, a reputed company with a strong legacy of entrepreneurship, with two Bangaloreans at the helm, namely Aravind Rajasekaran and Santhosh Rajasekaran.
