Prasad provides strategic leadership to the organisation and drives the company's product and service innovations, speed-to-market strategies, and ingenious use of networks and alliances, while strengthening the core competency.

Born and brought up in Vijayawada, Prasad developed an innate interest in the crafts and skills employed in the traditional Indian textile industry. After pursuing his MBA from Pune, he worked in the US for 7 years, gaining international business experience. He returned to India with a vision to create value in the unorganised Indian textile industry and founded Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd.

Abhishek Malhotra is a member of the Consumer Industries & Retail Products Practice at AT Kearney. He is an experienced management consultant and has worked with many leading companies and organisations.

Malhotra has published numerous studies on Consumer & Retail in India and is widely quoted in local / global media. He is a member of several industry associations and regular speaker at leading conferences. He has also been on the Jury Panel for leading industry awards in India.

Malhotra has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (PEC) Chandigarh
