Godrej Properties makes a green statement in the outdoor

By Preethika Kotian - June 29, 2015

Godrej Properties took to outdoor advertising to introduce their upcoming green home projects in Bengaluru

With their three flagship projects that offer IGBC Pre-certified Gold Rated Homes, going on in full swing in Bengaluru, Godrej Properties has gone outdoors to reach out to their TG. The hoardings were put up right in time for the World Environment Day in key locations like Yeshwantpur, Koramangala and Hebbal.

The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) offers gold level rating to homes that are energy efficient and make for a healthier space for the occupants. Godrej Properties has been striving hard towards offering the residents of Bengaluru with sustainable living spaces. Their current projects in this direction include Godrej Gold County villas on Tumkur Road, Godrej Platinum ultra spacious residences at Hebbal and Godrej United residences in Whitefield.

The eye catching creative content for the campaign was provided by Gold Mine. The campaign was executed by the OOH media agency MOMS Outdoor Media Solutions.

Bengaluru being a city where people spend a considerable amount of time on the road, capturing the attention of a prospective buyer through an outdoor medium is a sensible marketing option. It is essential to understand the nature of audience in any particular area and if it correlates with the potential buyers, it can be an ideal place to advertise. Godrej Properties incorporated this factor while executing their campaigns outdoor.

About the campaign and the vitality of OOH, Girish Shah, Chief Marketing Officer, Godrej Properties, said: "At Godrej Properties, we believe in reaching out to our customers at a place and time of their choice and convenience. And to this end we have executed 360 degree marketing and launched ATL as well as BTL activities. This being said, outdoor advertising is a crucial component of our overall media strategy and we believe it is an effective marketing tool and is an integral element of our campaigns. It helps us reach out to our customers geographically and offers flexibility in creative innovation. When partnered with other mediums it works as a very powerful recall medium.”

We are committed to harness the opportunity that outdoor media offers and we strive to bring out messages that capture the imagination of our customers. For our environment day campaign too, it was a very critical part of our overall media mix.”
