The brand has covered some key cities in the East and used about 120 sites for the new OOH campaign that promotes the entertainment options available on Videocon's D2H service.

Videocon's D2H service was communicated this Durga Puja in the East region through an extensive Out-Of-Home campaign. Executed by Laqshya Media Group, the brand used different formats of OOH media like bus queue shelters, billboards and foot over bridges to reach out to the masses during the festive season.

The brand covered the entire East and North East zone including cities like Kolkata, Guwahati, Shillong, Bhubaneshwar, Howrah, Rourkela and Cuttack. The campaign creative focused on the celebratory mood of Durga Puja and also highlighted the wide range of entertainment options available on Videocon's D2H service with over 30 channels in the local languages of Bengali and Odia.

Atul Shrivastava, COO, Laqshya Media Group, said, "The brand wanted to run this campaign during the festive season in East through Outdoor communication which is essential for media and entertainment brands especially in today's times, considering the wide variety of choice available to the consumers. In the television and DTH category, there are so many players and a great deal of competition. In addition, the consumer today spends an average of 14 hours outdoor daily and that makes outdoor advertising the most effective form of advertising now. The main challenge for us was to procure the various sites we needed at the various transit locations because the demand for outdoor advertising sites increases during a popular festive season like Durga Puja. Despite that, we managed to get as many as 120 sites for the campaign.”
