South Western Railway opens tender for various OOH formats

Following the success of traditional formats of railway media in several stations in and around Bangalore, South Western Railway has recently released a tender for traditional OOH formats under railway media. As per the common policy followed by Indian Railways all over India, the tendering will be conducted in two-packet system, where bidders are advised to apply with two packets of information with credential details and price quotes respectively. The eligibility conditions will be determined by various factors such as the bidders' tenure in outdoor media, services, compliance details and then the quotes will be judged, following which the highest bidders will be awarded.

In the released tenders, South Western Railway has invited participants for gantries, regular billboards and glow sign boxes inside the stations. According to the tender, 15,200 gantries, situated under the bridges of railway tracks and an approximate number of 40,000 regular billboards in and around different stations and a huge number of glow sign boxes inside stations are open for branding.
