SDMC invites 3 tenders for different formats

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) opens bid for three new tenders for different properties falling in their jurisdiction.

First tender is to allot advertisement rights for Flag/Mupi/Advertisement instruments/Product display platform/LED in market clusters of South and Central Zone under their jurisdiction on monthly license fee basis. The two-bid system is rolled out – technical and financial, to give rights for 7 years. The bidder is eligible to bid for 1 or more or all clusters. The tender allows the size of 2x1.5 meter and maximum height is 14 feet above from the ground. The advertisement firm shall be allowed to convert flag into LED of the same size within the market cluster and one product display platform in the respect market cluster.

The last date for bid submission is 4th November, 2019 wherein the date for e-auction bidding is 15th November, 2019.

Second tender is to allot advertisement rights with operation and maintenance through designated cluster of existing toilet block/individual toilet & subways under SDMC Jurisdiction. The tender is rolled out in a two-bid system for 3 years of duration with further extendable clause. The tender includes 2 subways, 2 existing individual toilets and 2 clusters of toilets with standardised display sizes.
The last date for bid submission is 4th November, 2019 wherein the date for e-auction bidding is 15th November, 2019.

Third tender is to give advertising rights through clusters containing unipole sites in south, central Najafgarh and west zone and also individual unipole sites under SDMC jurisdiction for 3 years of duration with further extendable for 2 years condition via two-bid system. There are total 10 clusters containing different numbers of sites and 5 individual unipole sites of single and double display, both. The dimension for each unipole structure shall be 6 meter x 3 meter for all individual unipole sites and cluster sites except few.

The last date for bid submission is 4th November, 2019 wherein the date for e-auction bidding is 14th November, 2019.
