Sandesh Spotlight expands OOH footprint with exclusive ad rights on 8,000 buses

Gujarat is one of the fastest growing states in the country with relatively high purchase power in urban, semi-urban and rural areas of the state. While print and T V have been the traditional medium to reach out to this audience, OOH which is extensively used in the urban sector is conspicuously missing in the semi-urban and rural areas. Sandesh Spotlight, the OOH division of Sandesh, states in its release that one product which not only fills in this void, but offers branding with mobility are the state owned transport buses.

The company maintains that Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) "provides an enviable transport facility across the state. GSRTC has a fleet of more than 8,000 buses covering every nook and corner of the state”.

Sandesh Spotlight has recently won exclusive advertising rights on these buses. "Being part of the largest media house in the state, Spotlight brings in the finest level of execution, complete transparency and the confidence you need to utilise the medium,” the company states.
Sandesh Spotlight already has more than 300 unipoles, 600 plus light pole kiosks, all major BRTS bus shelters, the three major flyovers of AEC, Helmet and Shivranjani. Sandesh Spotlight holds rights on all the key roads, including Ashram Road, the most premium C G Rd, 120 Ft Rd, 132 Ft Road including the BRTS Corridor, and S G Road. "It covers all the key junctions like Nehru Bridge, Income Tax, Stadium Six Rds, Swastik, Panchvati, IIM, Keshavbaug, Shyamal, Vijay Cross Rd, Pakvan , Circle P, etc,” the company adds.

All the properties are tendered properties from government bodies like Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority, Ahmedabad Janmarg Ltd.
