Reliance' s digital BTL for 3G

To beat the BTL clutter, the BTL firm and brand developed a digitally equipped road show.

Aaditya Event, an MP based company, executed a digita¬¬l road show for Reliance Mobile in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. The regular vans were designed with digital screens of size of 5 feet x7.5 feet. The campaign objective was to promote 3G data plans in up-markets of both the cities. The screens were utilized to demonstrate the 3G plans, their speed and services. Thus a dongle and laptop were connected to the screens. The activity ran for three months.  
 
To beat the BTL competition, Aaditya Event developed a new kind of format wherein they installed the screens. As the BTL platform has also become cluttered, the brand planned to spread the message loud and capture eyes without a miss with this platform. The vans and screens are owned and fabricated by the company.
 
Speaking on the same, Sanjay Verma, Entrepreneur, Aaditya Event said, "We got an excellent and detailed brief from our client Reliance Communications Ltd. on making our promotional Van fully digital for live integrations and interactions with customers on the move and on ground. The promotion was done on Reliance 3G packs with live demo on speed demonstrated on the LED made digital van through Reliance 3G dongles & smart phones. The digital van and road show went on at top six cities and has gathered excellent on field response & sales conversions from the market. Customer engagement activities and speed integrated games for students were special attractions for youth.”
