DMRC to allot exclusive advertising rights for inside stations

The tender includes selected Metro stations from Dwarka (L-3) to Dwarka Sec-21 Metro stations on Line No.-3 & from Dwarka (L-9) to Dhansa Bus Stand Metro stations on Line No.-9 of DMRC network
DMRC invites open e-Tenders/bids from suitable bidder for selection of a Licensee to grant Exclusive Indoor Advertisement Rights inside selected Metro stations from Dwarka (L-3) to Dwarka Sec-21 Metro stations on Line No.-3 & from Dwarka (L-9) to Dhansa Bus Stand Metro stations on Line No.-9 of DMRC network on “as is where is basis” for 9 years of duration.
The selected Bidder shall have the exclusive rights to design, procure/manufacture, install, manage, operate, maintain, market and sell advertising opportunities at inside selected Delhi Metro stations. The maximum area available for advertisements at each station shall be 500 sqm except at interchange station where it shall be 750 sqm. However, for the Dwarka Metro stations on Line-3 & 9 (interchange) this limit will be clubbed & both stations will be treated as a single entity for the purpose of this maximum limit of 750 sqm.
DMRC may provide Exclusive Co-Branding Activities at selected Metro stations wherein the selected licensee would be allowed to prefix/ suffix, as applicable the brand name of approved brand with the existing name of the station,
The pre-bid meet is on 20 feb 2020. The period of sale of Tender ends on 16-Mar-2020 (up to 1500 hrs) on e-Tendering website https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app which is also the last date & time of submission of bids online and the bids will open next day.
Non – Refundable Tender Document Cost of Rs. 23,600/ and the Bid Security/EMD for this tender is Rs. 10,20,000/-
