Dentsu Aegis Network, Northpoint Centre of Learning launch OOH course

Dentsu Aegis Network and Khandala-based management resource development centre Northpoint Centre of Learning have announced the launch of a Post Graduate Program in Out Of Home Advertising (The PGP-OOHA) programme. The PGP-OOHA programme will be conducted by Northpoint Centre of Learning in collaboration with leading specialist OOH agencies Posterscope India and Milestone Brandcom. The programme is a fast-track 6-month course based on a unique training model that provides practical, real-life learning and experience through close industry-academia partnership.

Designed to develop future OOH managers, the course is designed to give a thorough working knowledge of OOH advertising and communications including retail, rural and experiential activities and how they are all inter-related.  The course comprises modules, research projects and workshops followed by an internship with Posterscope India and Milestone Brandcom. A strong emphasis will be laid on student performance evaluation through projects and practical assignments and research done by the students. While the entire semester will provide a comprehensive perspective of OOH advertising and communications, the latter part will be project-based with hands-on production and execution experiences.

The curriculum of this programme has been developed jointly by Northpoint and experts from Posterscope India and Milestone Brandcom. As part of the programme, professionals from the industry will join senior executives from Posterscope India and Milestone Brandcom to deliver the course to the students. This certificate programme will include 90 days of campus study and 90 days of field and in-company internships.
