Speaking to Media4Growth, Rahul Chaudhary, the director of Deeya Panel Products Pvt. Ltd. said, “The raw material we use contains a mix of LDPE, PET, PVC, PP, Polyester, Aluminium, etc. and these undergo our proprietary process utilising heat and pressure to make Ricron Panels.”
The company has a variety of Ricron panel products such as Ricron Alfa, Ricron Omega, Ricron Omega-KP and Ricron Gama-S, made of 100% recyclable material which are further used to make furniture for schools, furniture, kitchen cabinets, commercial furniture, industrial furniture and etc. Additionally, the company also manufactures innovative products like portable cabins and toilets. These panels replace plywood from the construction process and are more durable as well.
To meet the increasing demand for production, the company is open to partnering with large-scale used flex providers from the outdoor industry as Rahul says, “we can certainly look into an organised setup considering the raw material is available to us.
