CRM, Loyalty & Data-driven Marketing expert Ajay Row to speak at OAC 2019

Ajay Row will be participating in a panel discussion on the theme ‘Mobile + OOH = Leveraging hyperlocal brand advertising opportunities’ at the 2-day 15th Outdoor Advertising Convention to be held at the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai, Mumbai on July 26-27. The panel discussion is scheduled to be conducted on July 17.

An entrepreneurial executive with 32 years’ experience in data-driven, digital, loyalty, analytics and CRM across a variety of industries and a number of countries, G Ajay Row launched the first CRM, loyalty and database marketing programs in this part of the world in the 1980s. He has since implemented programmes across some 65 countries globally. He has built several companies.

Ajay is now a full-time consultant. He as Founder and CEO, LitmusWorld; Executive Director India, Aimia (JV between loyalty giant Aima and the Tata Group); Vice President CRM, Taj Group of Hotels; Founder, CustomerAsset (now FirstSource), marketics (now WNS), Xplorite (data monetization for Citibank and Household), UCP Direct (loyalty agency) and others. He was also CEO India, Wunderman; Vice President Bangalore, Rediffusion DY&R; General Manager India, Grey Direct; and Assistant Manager, ITC Ltd (Hotels Division).

Ajay received his education in India, England and France. He graduated in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay and holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Systems from IIM Calcutta.
