The one-year campaign, executed by Times OOH, showcases the entire range of Vivo smartphones
In a bid to launch and showcase various smartphone models, mobile brand Vivo is practicing a brand visibility for the brand through wraps of Mumbai Metro trains. With an aim to register better among consumers, Vivo has decided to run this campaign for more than a year, which is way more than usual. Executed by Times OOH, the campaign will be live on the wraps of two trains.
Revolving around the catchline “Faster than faster”, the train wraps showcase the images of the mobile along with the key features. Jack Ding, Director, Vivo Mobile Smartphone, Maharashtra, explained: “We wanted to target the young, urban and upwardly mobile audience of Mumbai who are driven by the high penetration of smartphones. As Metro wrap acts as a moving billboard so to stay along the entire route of the metro network, we thought it would be a great medium to capture the attention of our TG. The Mumbai Metro cuts through the linear vehicular landscape of the city and becomes the fastest way to commute from Versova to Ghatkopar. Plus, 3 lakh commuters travelling daily are expected to be a perfect blend of young, tech-savvy and value-conscious consumers.”
“Vivo smartphone offers faster processing capability and best-in-class features that such young audiences are looking for in a phone,” Vikram Hemdev, AVP- Revenue, MIAL, Times OOH, added.
