Tata Pravesh adds grandness to airline check-in gates at Kolkata airport

Doors inspired from their collection have been installed at the check-in gates of all airlines and the security hold area queues of Kolkata international airport

Tata Pravesh, a brand from the house of Tata Steel  launched an airport exclusive campaign at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata to increase the brand awareness and user-experience attributing touch and feel factor. Innovative ‘Grand Pravesh’ doors have been installed at all the airlines’ check-in and security hold area (SHA) queues of the airport. The brand has designed the campaign that it caters to all passengers flying from Kolkata i.e. estimated to be 1.3 million passengers travelling in the peak festive season.


The campaign has been targeted to the age group of 30–50 years, either home builders or home owners of SEC AB, metros, tier I and II towns mainly retail B2C, housing and commercial B2B segments, traveling architects, interior decorators, contractors, builders etc. to experience the product.

Close to 12 doors have been designed inspired from their collection showcasing different designs and material such as complete embossed, plain wood and plain steel finish. There are five doors of steel and wooden finish of size 1200 x 2057 (mm), three doors of 1016 x 1905 (mm), three doors of 1016 x 2057 (mm) and one door of 1067 x 2057 (mm) have been installed inside the airport to attract the passengers. Alongside, the brand has showcased product videos on 100 Digi pods featuring 200 spots per day and has installed 18 ft x 6 ft GSB in SHA queues of the airport.

The brand has deployed sustainable and recyclable materials like cloth and steel frames replacing flex that blended well with eco-friendly initiatives. The eco-friendly brand has taken initiatives of explaining and educating consumers on the benefits of their products with an idea of ‘two Tata Pravesh Doors saves one tree’  that not only creates awareness about saving trees or environment but at the same time it also informs their consumers a termite-free, fire-resistant, weather-proof and maintenance-free product.
