Lodha Group builds domineering OOH presence for'The Park'

MOMS Outdoor Media Solutions executed the campaign in Mumbai, targeting the A+ category audience


Real estate major Lodha Group took the outdoor route in Mumbai to promote a limited offer on one of its niche properties named'The Park'. The prime objective of the campaign was to create awareness about the property and thereby heavily influence A+ category target audience.

MOMS Outdoor Media Solutions executed the campaign. The strategy of the campaign was to have sheer intimidating presence in order to break the clutter and create top-of-mind recall for the brand.

The campaign was rolled out on traditional super premium media formats on tactical routes/points like Nariman point, Marine Drive, Walkeshwar, Haji Ali, Warden Road, Worli, and at the domestic airport, to name a few, to  effectively communicate the brand message.

MOMS rose to the multiple challenges of media planning and maximising reach with the TG, while ensuring high quality execution and monitoring standards.
