Brigade Enterprises builds long-term presence in the outdoor

The real estate group has taken up OOH media in different cities on a long-term basis where the creatives of the group's projects are changed periodically, re-emphasising the offerings and status of the respective projects in a fresh tone time to time. The Social Street has partnered the group in planning and executing the OOH brand presence.

As they rightly say, “You leave home to seek your fortune and, when you get it, you go home and share it with your family”. By taking this further to the outdoors, Brigade Enterprises, one of the premier real estate companies in South India developed its outdoor communication targeting the home-seekers. The real estate brand has a diverse multi-domain portfolio that covers property development, property management services, hospitality and education. With an aim to further extend their projects, a multi-communication outdoor campaign has been developed by the brand in association with The Social Street agency.

Brigade wanted to spread awareness about their various projects across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Chikmagalur, and highlight the unique offerings of each project. These include Brigade Cosmopolis, Brigade Exotica, Brigade Lakefront, Brigade Orchards, Brigade Omega, Brigade Meadows, Brigade Buenavista, Brigade Golden Triangle, Brigade Arcade, to name a few.

To individually push their all projects, the real estate brand planned to promote its projects as standalone brands. And this is where The Social Street team stepped in. Through its creative and research expertise, the team helped Brigade use the power of OOH media to its best capacity by geographically dissecting the cities in which they are present and ensuring media presence by understanding the various routes taken by the target groups of each of these projects.

The real estate group has taken up OOH media across cities on a long-term basis where the creatives of the group’s projects are changed periodically, re-emphasising the offerings and status of the respective projects in a fresh tone time to time.

Alongside, long-term media during events like Brigade Showcase, Mega Home Fest, Mane Habbas and their Anniversary celebrations are organised to enhance the outdoor communication. The OOH campaign is likely to extend to Chennai as their brand-new project, Brigade Xanadu is about to be launched.

As a result, the OOH campaigns have been, and are continuing to be a success in terms of generating sales leads for each of their projects, owing to the meticulous method of selecting the locations of media. It has also proven to be the perfect way to update their target audience about the progress in the stages of constructions of the projects, thus effectively meeting the objectives that were set out at the start.
